About the Role – Product Manager
As a Product Manager at ChainGPT, you will work closely with the Head of Product to drive the development and execution of our product strategy. You will be responsible for managing specific products or features and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our users and align with our company's mission.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products and features.
- Conduct market research and analyze user feedback to identify opportunities for product improvements and new features.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and other teams to define product requirements, create user stories, and prioritize backlog items.
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with company goals and user needs.
- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics using data-driven insights to inform product decisions and iterations.
- Communicate product updates and progress to internal and external stakeholders, including the Head of Product, team members, and users.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging AI, Blockchain, and Web3 technologies to identify potential product opportunities.
Requirements
- 3+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of delivering successful products in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of AI, Blockchain, and Web3 technologies and their potential applications.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Data-driven mindset, with experience using analytics and user feedback to inform product decisions.
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications (Optional)
- Experience working in a startup environment focusing on AI, Blockchain, or Web3 technologies.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence, etc.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex product challenges.
- Passion for creating innovative, user-centric products that leverage cutting-edge technologies.
