Together, the elluminate platform and digital data services give clients self-service access to all their data from one centralized location plus advanced analytics that help them make smarter, faster business decisions.  <span data-ccp-charstyle='normaltextrun' data-ccp-charstyle-defn='{"ObjectId":"328692c1-2d02-4edb-8809-efa0d4e47021|62","ClassId":1073872969,"Properties":[469775450,"normaltextrun",201340122,"1",134233614,"true",469778129,"normaltextrun",335572020,"1",469778324,"Default Paragraph Font"]}'>You will make an impact: <span data-ccp-charstyle='eop' data-ccp-charstyle-defn='{"ObjectId":"328692c1-2d02-4edb-8809-efa0d4e47021|63","ClassId":1073872969,"Properties":[469775450,"eop",201340122,"1",134233614,"true",469778129,"eop",335572020,"1",469778324,"Default Paragraph Font"]}'>   The Principal Technical Project Manager is responsible for ensuring the delivery of quality products and services to eCS clients and partners.  Most importantly, the Technical Project Managers oversee the successful delivery of eCS’ elluminate® product, a next generation data integration and analytics cloud platform that enables life sciences organizations to optimize the aggregation, standardization, and analysis of their data throughout the clinical development lifecycle.  Additionally, they develop roadmaps and timelines for executing the highest quality of technical services and support including but not limited to solution integration, custom reporting, data mapping and Clinical Data Repository (CDR). eCS Project Managers are responsible for developing and maintaining detailed project documentation, managing client expectations and approvals on scoped deliverables, balancing and reconciling the project budget, serving as the point person for project communication and issue escalation, effectively realigning resources in response to scope changes and proactively mitigating other potential risks, fostering positive and long-lasting client relationships, driving elluminate® utilization, and driving project efforts toward successful (on time, on budget, within scope) completion. The successful candidate will have a background in consulting or professional services, experience with SaaS delivery and project management, account and program management, extensive experience managing software development projects, and experience managing matrixed project teams. The candidate must have an ability to lead technical teams and provide leadership in resolving technical issues.  Accelerate your skills and career within a fast-growing company while impacting the future of healthcare.   Your day to day:  <ul> <li>Leverage clinical trial expertise to proactively define and document effective project objectives and strategies with clients, partners and colleagues  </li> <li>Direct project efforts and teams towards successful fulfillment of contractual obligations, oversee consistent compliance with regulatory and operational policies and procedures, mentor junior PMO staff and cultivate productive communication channels among all stakeholders  </li> <li>Partner with PMO management to develop and support the customer success model by monitoring current client needs and identifying future business growth opportunities, supporting business development goals by presenting at bid defenses, sales demonstrations and governance meetings, and maintaining positive working relationships with client representatives  </li> </ul> Take the first step towards your dream career.
