Principal Growth Marketer

Blackbaud is looking for a strategic and results-oriented Principal GrowthMarketer for the Nonprofit vertical.You willbe responsible fordesigning innovative programs that improve the experienceto acquirenew customers.You’lltakea holistic approach, thinking beyond traditional campaigns to uncover new opportunities for growth. Yourexpertisein analyzing market trends and customer insights will be critical as you develop and execute strategies to generate qualifiedpipelineand revenue while also building a seamless and intuitive user journey. Whatyou willdo:

  • Strategize, Plan, and Execute Growth Programs:Develop and execute strategic growth programs to generate qualifiedpipeline.You'lltranslate broad concepts into structured, measurable programs, using an integrated marketing approach that includes email, webinars, paid media, socialmedia AI driven channels.

  • Innovate and Experiment:Innovate to find new levers for growth. Use a data-driven approach to continuously test, measure, andoptimizecampaigns for improved performance.You'llleveragetools likeAdobe AnalyticsandQlikto build hypotheses,validateyour tests, and scale what works.

  • Qualified Pipeline and Revenue Generation:You will have a primary focusofgenerating high-qualitypipeline.You'llestablishclear KPIs and reporting templates to track the success of programs against targetobjectives, providing regular updates to stakeholders on key metrics like lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline generated/qualified.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely within apod-like structureacross product marketing,content marketing, marketing operations, and digital media teams for seamless, aligned execution.

Whatwe’relooking for:

  • 7+ years of experiencein growth marketing or similar role, with a proventrack recordof creating and executing successful campaigns that deliver pipeline growth.

  • Demonstrated ability to drive salespipelineand revenue through effective marketing strategies.

  • Proven experienceoperatingin a cross-functional, pod-like team structure, successfully collaborating with various marketing, executive,salesand product stakeholders.

  • Obsessive about understanding customer psychologyand translating those insights into actionable strategies that move prospects through their buying funnel.

  • Deep analytical skillswith hands-onproficiencyin data analysis tools such asAdobe Analytics and Qlik, along with Excel, to interpret complex marketing, sales, and customer data.

  • Demonstrated success in designing and executing A/B and multivariate tests, driving measurable improvements within a sales cycle.

  • Results-oriented mindsetwith a strong understanding of ROI,excitedby aggressive goals, and the challenge of solving tough, previously unsolved problems related to accelerating the sales cycle across segments.

  • Proven abilityto work in a collaborative, matrixedenvironmentand influence others without formal authority.

The starting base pay is $101,900.00 to $132,800.00. Blackbaud may pay more or less based on employee qualifications, market value, Company finances, and other operational considerations.
