We’re looking for a talented Principal Consultant to help our customers gain tangible value from their data. Our analytics consulting services emphasize analytics strategy, data visualization, analytics engineering, and enablement. We specialize in Power Platform, Tableau, Sigma, Alteryx, KNIME, Dataiku, and Snowflake.

Responsibilities:

• Lead project-based consulting engagements; help clients develop analytical requirements through prototyping and visualization. 

• Create reporting and data visualization solutions

• Analyze, troubleshoot and / or tune product performance or deployment issues when required

• Support client backlog grooming and prioritization

• Recommend best practices to optimize semantic models/datasets, reports, and overall platform architecture

• Manage clients expectations by leading weekly status reports to clients; proactively solicit client feedback by running working sessions

• Lead teams of Consultants & Sr. Consultants; manage team performance, including utilization, upskilling, career growth, and other targets.

• Partner with sales team to identify additional sales opportunities within a client; assist with account growth and expansion

Required Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in consulting, with a focus in Power BI

• Experience partnering with clients to create scalable, durable analytics solutions including, but not limited to Power BI

• Previous experience leading teams of consultants to ensure performance, utilization and project delivery

• Exceptional customer facing skills, including but not limited to communication skills and project management skills

• Strong problem solving skills with a passion for learning and mastering new technologies, techniques, and procedures

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with Power Automate and Power Apps

• Experience in Snowflake, Python, Tableau

• Data preparation skills and experience 

• Great experience with SQL and leveraging data warehouses, data marts, and data models

• Microsoft Fabric
