Pricing Analyst

Purpose of Position

As a Pricing Analyst, you will help support Awin’s growth and transformation being part of a dedicated Pricing Team. You will be working very closely with the FP&A department and will be a very important agent in a wide variety of cross-departmental initiatives.

You will be supporting the implementation of the pricing strategy of the business with a greater focus on subscription revenues. The successful candidate should display high levels of commercial acumen and possess sound knowledge of quantitative and qualitative analytical methods, thus, we will highly value previous experience working in a deeply rooted analytical role.

Reporting to: Pricing Lead 

Key Tasks

• Assessing internal and external data to provide valuable insights to steer our pricing strategy

• Supporting Sales teams across the globe in the roll-out of a new pricing structure with a greater focus on subscription revenues

• Helping with the development of pricing tools (Tableau, Salesforce, CPQ) to ensure Sales teams are properly enabled

• Applying statistical modelling methods to determine the potential impact of pricing strategies on profitability

• Working with Sales teams to evaluate the success of pricing initiatives

• Keeping up to date on new pricing analysis methods and industry trends

• Working with the Financial Analytics team to implement and drive the adoption of new reporting and KPIs to reflect the changes in the business model

Skills & Expertise

• Highly motivated professional with a degree preferably in business administration, economics, finance, or engineering

• 3+ years of professional experience in business analysis with advanced skills in Excel or similar

• Experience in collaborating across departments such as finance, sales, product, and marketing

• Advanced ability to present insights & reports to relevant stakeholders, including VP leadership

• Ability to work at a fast pace in a dynamic and cross-functional environment

• Strong communication skills in English language

• Proficiency in business tools (Tableau, SQL, Python) is desirable, but not compulsory
