Management and Competencies

• Experience with Microsoft and software development.

• Experience with Fortify on Demand, GitHub Advanced Security, GitHub Advanced Security for Azure DevOps, and Microsoft Defender – DevOps Security

• Professional certifications: GitHub Copilot, GitHub Advanced Security, GitHub Foundations, GitHub Actions, GitHub Admin since individual will be responsible for product strategy and system configuration.

• Proficiency in Agentic Vision, AI Agents, MCP Server, and GitHub Copilot.

• Proficiency with development IDEs such as Visual Studio and VS Code.

• Effective communication with team members and stakeholders.

• Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and flexible environment.

• Availability to work extended hours, including off-hours production support as needed.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with acute attention to detail.

• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Qualifications: Preferred

• Experience with Agile transformation in organizations.

• Hands-on experience with metrics and tracking tools (e.g., PowerBI).

• Capability to manage internal IT teams, contractors, and onshore/offshore partner resources.

• Experience in developing, implementing, and supporting enterprise solutions.

• Proven experience in developing team members and serving as a role model.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document and convey technical information to IT professionals.

• International experience and the ability to work in diverse environments across cultures and time zones, with availability for international travel at short notice and participation in international calls outside of standard working hours.

Availability: Occasional weekend availability to support systems during patching windows, which are not permitted during mid-week in accordance with GET Change Management policies 40% of all support inquiries for Azure DevOps, Fortify and GitHub occurs during EMA time zones, which is where large user base is located. Since these platforms are considered BC3, there is a need to provide immediate support to customers
