Our People Systems team is made up of architects who envision better processes, build them, reliably operate them, and then continually improve upon them. The People Systems Analyst is a key member of this team responsible for production support as well as developing systems solutions that support our People processes.
What You Will Do As A People Systems Analyst
Lead functional solutions and support of day-to-day operation of People Systems including troubleshooting issues with user access, security permissions, configuration, and enhancements.
Own intake of maintenance and enhancement requests, consulting with cross-functional stakeholders to establish prioritization and recommends solutions to complex problems
Directs intake triage, routing, and resolution of support requests in case management system based on impact and urgency
Partner with key stakeholders to understand functional requirements, make recommendations and deliver effective, scalable solutions through planning, design, development, testing, and deployment with required documentation
Collaborate with key stakeholders and teammates in the People Team to ensure consistent and effective design and implementation of cross-functional solutions.
Demonstrated experience in high quality documentation processes, including SOX compliance
Experience communicating ideas and solutions to senior leaders
Expertise with SharePoint
Ensure data integrity, including conducting periodic data audits
Manage regular system maintenance, including year-end activities
Understand policies surrounding data governance, security, and integration development
Act with speed, while balancing quality and compliance.
What You Will Bring As A People Systems Analyst
Workday Expertise: 3+ years of hands-on Workday configuration and administration experience.
EIB Experience: Hands-on experience building EIBs and complex reports in Workday.
Data Analysis: 5+ years of progressively professional experience in data and systems analysis.
Integrations: Strong understanding of Workday integrations. Experience in Workday Studio is a plus.
Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and experience analyzing large, complex datasets.
Process Redesign: Experience in business process analysis and redesign.
Communication: Effective communication and collaboration skills with all levels of stakeholders.
Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Adaptability: Evidence of achieving results within ambiguous environments.
Skilled Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting and communicating ideas to all levels of the organization
Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills
Knowledge of Core HR processes, procedures and best practices.
Must be detail-oriented with highly developed problem-solving and analytical abilities
Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
Ability to perform in fast-paced organizations
Proven experience working with US based business teams
Excellent written and communication skills, both English and Hindi
Ability to work within core US business hours / time zone expectations - Eastern Standard Time (EST) overlap
Workspace: A quiet space to work, an internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download | 10 Mbps upload
