Position Summary:
The People Systems Analyst plays an important role on our People Systems team by serving as a key point of contact for people-system-related questions and issues including system access, troubleshooting of issues and errors, new system implementations, and end user support. They partner closely with our internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure we are managing all our people systems as efficiently and effectively as possible.
Essential Responsibilities:
Deliver superior end-user support to employees, managers, and people operations users for existing people systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Benevity); support the implementation and transition from other systems to our new Workday, our new global HCM.
Serve as functional expert and key point of contact for systems-related questions.
Resolve data discrepancies and conduct frequent audits to ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy.
Manage user access requests and other support requests submitted by users.
Maintain procedural manuals, standard operating procedures, and system documentation.
Ensure people-systems are compliant with relevant laws and regulations including, but not limited to, General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
Ideal Skills, Experience, and Competencies:
At least two (2) years working in People Systems/HRIS with at least one (1) year working within Workday.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel.
Customer service focused with a high sense of urgency.
Demonstrated record of handling sensitive data and exercising proven discretion in addition to maintaining data security.
Demonstrated strong work ethic and enthusiasm to learn and become proficient in new technologies and integrations.
Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment while being self-motivated and results-oriented.
Proven ability to work cross-functionally with a wide variety of stakeholder interests.
Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Ability to apply knowledge of business and the marketplace to advance the organization's goals.
Ability to consistently achieve results, even under tough circumstances.
Ability to gain the confidence and trust of others through honesty, integrity, and authenticity.
Ability to relate openly and comfortably with diverse groups of people.
Ability to make sense of complex, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems.
Required Education & Certifications:
B.A./B.S. in a related field or equivalent work experience.
Compensation:
Qualified candidates can expect a salary beginning at $74,000 or more depending on experience
Expected Closing Date: 08/31/2024
