Job Description
What you will do:
Assist with inquiries from employees, managers and HR professionals.
Respond to inquiries accurately, completely, professionally and in a timely manner.
Review inquiries to identify trends, issues, and inquiries that may be urgent and/or important in nature so that they can be addressed prompty. Review inquiries to see if any need to be triaged to other HR groups for further review and assistance.
Appropriately escalate issues related to Benefits, Payroll, Stock, Compensation etc. to manager for review and assistance.
Assist with reporting and presenting monthly, quarterly case metrics and observations, analysis associated with it to the team and manager.
Identify / Observe opportunities for automation and / or enhancement and suggest solutions accordingly.

Quality Assurance around case management
This is a remote position. A remote position does not require job duties be performed within proximity of a Visa office location. Remote positions may be required to be present at a Visa office with scheduled notice.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)
Preferred Qualifications:
3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
3 years of HR experience
Experience working for a global company
Experience working within a pool and using a ticketing system
Strong communication, organizational and customer service skills
High confidentiality and integrity
Proven ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment while maintaining good relationships with co-workers and supervisors
Ability to work on multiple systems at any given time
Ability to speak Spanish is a plus
Workday, ServiceNow experience is a plus
