People Analyst
We are looking for an experienced People Analyst to join our team! At Figma, People Analytics partners with teams across the organization - from People to Talent, Finance, Engineering, and others. This is an incredible opportunity to join the team as we design the future of People Analytics.
The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical and technical skills, business intuition, and a collaborative mindset to guide decision-making and unlock growth opportunities. You’ll work on problems ranging from workforce planning and recruiting analytics, employee listening and research, and understanding organizational health and collaboration.
This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you'll do at Figma:
Help us build the future of People Analytics at Figma
Build and own the technical foundations for People Analytics, from database design to analytics tooling and architecture
Design and build data applications to support People Analytics work across a variety of use-cases
Own ML operations and deployment
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
Deep HR Domain Knowledge
Fluency in SQL and proficiency in a scripting language like Python or R
Experience with distributed data systems (e.g., Redshift, Snowflake, Presto, Hive, Spark)
Strong foundation in statistical methods, experimentation, and/or forecasting
Strong business partnership skillset
While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
I/O Psychology background
Experience implementing LLMs/AI into workflows
Full-stack dev experience managing web applications
Experience working with Figma Design and the Figma platform
A self-starter attitude and the ability to thrive in ambiguous and fast-paced environments

Pay Transparency Disclosure
If based in Figma’s San Francisco or New York hub offices, this role has the annual base salary range stated below.
Job level and actual compensation will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process (including skills and prior relevant experience, potential impact, and scope of role), market demands, and specific work location. The listed range is a guideline, and the range for this role may be modified. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, the pay range is localized according to employee work location by a factor of between 80% and 100% of range. Please discuss your specific work location with your recruiter for more information.
