PC Asset Manager

We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive PC Asset Manager to manage the full lifecycle of IT hardware assets and ensure endpoint compliance through effective imaging, patching, and monitoring practices. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, ServiceNow, image management for application installation, and monthly patch remediation. This role plays a key part in maintaining IT asset integrity, security, and efficiency across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full lifecycle of desktop, laptop, and mobile devices including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and decommissioning.

• Manage and maintain accurate IT asset records using ServiceNow ITOM and CMDB modules.

• Utilize Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Manager for device provisioning, compliance enforcement, and lifecycle management.

• Manage and maintain Windows OS images, including application packaging and automated deployment workflows (Autopilot, task sequences, etc.).

• Coordinate with engineering and support teams to build and maintain standardized images for hardware platforms and user roles.

• Handle application installation and updates via imaging and Intune deployment, ensuring required software is delivered and maintained on endpoints.

• Plan, coordinate, and execute monthly patch remediation cycles for Windows devices, ensuring timely and secure patch deployment.

• Monitor patch compliance dashboards; track, report, and remediate non-compliant endpoints.

• Collaborate with Security, Help Desk, and Endpoint Engineering teams to ensure endpoint standards and policies are followed.

• Conduct periodic audits and reconcile asset data to ensure accuracy and completeness.

• Create and maintain technical documentation, inventory reports, patch status metrics, and asset lifecycle dashboards.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field—or equivalent work experience.

• 3+ years of experience in IT asset and endpoint management.

• Strong experience with Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Manager, including patching and application deployment.

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITAM/CMDB modules.

• Proficient in image creation, maintenance, and deployment (Autopilot, MDT, InTune, or similar tools).

• Familiarity with Windows 10/11 provisioning, driver management, and application packaging.

• Understanding of security patching, compliance reporting, and remediation workflows.

• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

• Occasional lifting and handling of IT equipment (up to 25 lbs).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate or related certification.

• Familiarity with scripting (PowerShell) for automation of imaging or asset management tasks.

• Experience working in large, enterprise, or regulated IT environments.

• May require occasional travel between office locations.
