Payroll Systems Analyst
Serve as first-line support for payroll and timekeeping applications, including configuration questions, break/fix issues, access requests, and security updates. Support integrations between payroll, time, HR systems, and third-party vendors; help identify and troubleshoot data flow issues. Assist with the testing and deployment of system updates, patches, releases and new functionality Identify opportunities to improve payroll system configuration, automation, and business processes to increase efficiency and user satisfaction. Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing issues, documenting root causes, and recommending practical solutions. Assist in executing global payroll reporting needs and ensure data accuracy and consistency. Create and maintain standard work documentation, job aids, and process flows for Payroll and HR teams. Partner with Payroll and HR stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into system solutions. Provide support on payroll-related projects and system enhancements, including implementations and vendor changes. 2-4 years of experience supporting payroll, timekeeping, or HCM systems in a shared services or corporate environment. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot issues and identify process or system improvements. Strong attention to detail with the ability to understand end-to-end payroll processes. Ability to build effective working relationships with diverse stakeholders and communicate clearly at all levels. Team-oriented, proactive, and willing to assist where needed in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint). Comfortable working independently while knowing when to escalate or ask for guidance Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in human resources, information systems, business, or a related field. Experience with payroll or timekeeping platforms such as ADP GlobalView, ADP Celergo, ADP eTime, or similar systems. Exposure to global payroll operations or multi-country environments. Experience managing cases through work through ServiceNow Experience using collaboration or documentation tools such as SharePoint or Miro.
