We operate high-growth digital competitions and consumer platforms that generate revenue through performance-driven marketing and user engagement. Our business moves fast, scales quickly, and relies heavily on paid media to drive results.
This is a performance-first environment where decisions are driven by data, speed, and measurable outcomes.
Paid Media Manager (Performance + Creative)
About the Role
We are looking for a Paid Media Manager who owns performance end-to-end — including creative direction, communication, and continuous optimization.
Success in this role requires someone who can identify what’s working, clearly communicate what needs to change, and quickly iterate with the team to improve results.
This is a high-accountability role where performance is measured by customer acquisition cost (CAC), ROAS, and revenue growth.
What You’ll Do
Own paid acquisition across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other channels
Manage and scale budgets based on CAC, ROAS, and LTV targets
Lead creative testing and iteration cycles — identifying what needs to change and why
Clearly communicate creative adjustments (messaging, hooks, visuals, offers) to internal teams
Work closely with designers and stakeholders to pivot quickly based on performance data
Continuously test and refine campaigns, audiences, and creatives
Monitor performance daily and make fast, data-driven decisions
Identify funnel bottlenecks and recommend improvements
Provide clear reporting with actionable insights, not just data
What Success Looks Like
Consistently improving or maintaining target CAC
Strong ability to pivot creative quickly based on performance signals
Clear, proactive communication with the team on what changes are needed
Scalable campaigns that drive measurable revenue growth
Requirements
3+ years of hands-on paid media experience
Proven track record of managing campaigns with clear CAC or ROAS targets
Strong communication skills — able to translate data into clear creative direction
Experience working directly with or guiding creative teams
Ability to move quickly and operate independently
Bonus Points
Experience in high-volume, direct-response environments
Strong understanding of creative testing frameworks
Experience with fast iteration cycles and performance-driven teams
Familiarity with GA4, attribution tools, or analytics platforms
