Paid Media & Lead Flow Manager
Your mission, should you choose to accept it: steer paid campaigns that dont just collect leads they enroll real students. Youll manage digital ad engines, guard the sacred river of lead flow, and keep marketing performance aligned with client outcomes.
GrowthAssistant is looking for someone who will help our client, an organization that builds AI-powered voice and omnichannel agents that help schools enroll more students that blend cutting-edge automation with human creativity.
What Youll Own
Launch, maintain, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn Execute ad copy, audiences, budgets, and pacing adjustments with precision Keep eyes on dashboards daily to spot spend or performance anomalies Verify that pixels, UTMs, and GTM tags behave like well-trained pets Ensure leads flow properly into HubSpot, Attio, and internal tracking systems Perform weekly data exports and build tidy reports in Sheets Reconcile discrepancies across platforms and CRM so nothing slips into the void Work closely with creative, automation, and client success teams to ship campaign assets Document tasks to help identify what our AI can automate next
Must-Have Skills & Experience
2+ years managing Google Ads and Meta campaigns Experience working with CRMs (HubSpot a big plus) Working knowledge of tags, pixels, UTMs, and tracking basics Strong Excel/Sheets chops for sorting and analyzing performance data Hawk-level attention to detail with pacing, attribution, and data validation Clear and proactive communicator in English
Nice-to-Have Superpowers
Managing multiple client accounts or brands LinkedIn Ads familiarity Enrollment or education marketing experience Early-stage startup or AI tool exposure Basic visualization (Looker Studio or equivalent)

60 Days: Consistency Self-managed daily optimization and pacing checks Confident data exports and reconciliation Spot tracking breaks and suggest fixes Weekly performance reports produced independently
90 Days: Ownership Run campaigns across all assigned accounts Lead refresh cycles (copy, creative, targeting) as directed Monthly roll-ups that highlight insights and trends Become the operational backbone enabling strategic scale
