GrowthAssistant is looking for a Paid Ads Specialist (Social & Search) for our growth marketing team. This teammate will be pivotal in managing, optimizing, and analyzing performance-driven paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads platforms. You will ensure campaigns are delivering results in international markets, particularly Vietnam and Brazil, while managing creative assets, monitoring audience interactions, and generating actionable insights for stakeholders.

The Role

  • Campaign Management & Optimization

  • Execute and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads.

  • Monitor metrics (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROI) and ensure performance aligns with goals.

  • Utilize ad automation tools for workflow efficiency and reporting.

  • Creative Asset Management

  • Partner with design and video teams to produce ad creatives.

  • Upload, rotate, and monitor creative assets for performance.

  • Analyze creative performance and provide recommendations.

  • Reporting & Analytics

  • Generate regular performance reports using Excel and pivot tables.

  • Provide data-driven insights to guide strategy adjustments.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Communicate campaign updates and collaborate with internal teams using Slack.

  • Partner with regional teams to ensure success in local markets.

The Requirements

  • 2+ years of social media ad buying experience is a must-have

  • 1-2+ years of experience with Google Paid Ads (Search - YouTube)

  • 1-2+ years of Meta Paid Ads experience

  • Basic experience with Google Analytics, Ignite, or similar analytics tool

  • Experience with G Suite is a must-have

  • Intermediate Google Sheets or Excel experience is a must-have

  • Prior experience with competitor research/tracking

  • Meticulous attention to detail
