About the Role:
CrowdStrike is looking for a Senior Network Engineer who has solid track records for building and operating hyper-scale hybrid cloud networks. You will be responsible for deployment and lifecycle of our data center network infrastructure. You will own and drive initiatives to keep our data center network running optimally and to increase quality and velocity of our network deployments.
What You’ll Do:

Build and operate multi-vendor, multi-region hybrid cloud networks at scale
-
Initiate and drive initiatives to improve quality and velocity of network deployments
-
Implement best practices to maintain the reliability and efficiency of production network
-
Develop scripts and tools to automate repetitive tasks and to improve our network visibility
-
Participate in 24x7 on-call rotations
What You Need:
-
Must be a U.S. citizen or U.S. permanent resident
-
Proven track record in driving projects to completion independently with minimal supervision
-
7+ years of experience in building and operating multi-vendor, multi-region production networks
-
Experience operating in FedRAMP or other regulated environments
-
Expert in various routing and switching protocols, such as IPv6, MP-BGP, OSPF, ISIS, EVPN, VxLAN, QoS, IPSEC, MACsec
-
Extensive experience in deploying and maintaining large networks using scripts (bash, python, go) or automation frameworks (Ansible, Chef, Terraform)
-
Working experience in deploying and supporting connectivity on public cloud, such as AWS, GCP, Azure
Bonus points:
-
Experience working for hyperscalers or large Cloud Service Providers

Experience in deploying and maintaining whitebox switches and open-source network OS
