We're looking for a Middle Infrastructure Security Engineer to join our Infrastructure & Operations team and help protect our cloud infrastructure, applications, and systems through modern security practices and AWS technologies.

About the Role

As a Middle Infrastructure Security Engineer, you will design, implement, and maintain security controls across our AWS environments while supporting compliance initiatives, vulnerability management, incident response, and security automation. You'll collaborate with Infrastructure, SRE, and Development teams to strengthen our security posture and ensure the reliability of our cloud platform.

Requirements

• Must be currently located in Colombia.
• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Infrastructure Security, Cloud Security, or Security Engineering.
• Hands-on experience securing production environments in AWS, including services such as IAM, KMS, CloudTrail, GuardDuty, Security Hub, WAF, and VPC Security.
• Experience with PCI DSS compliance and vulnerability management.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or AWS CloudFormation).
• Experience integrating security into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix, Bash or Python, networking, and cloud security best practices.
• Experience with incident response, root cause analysis, and security hardening.
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes security is a plus.
• English level B2 or higher.
• AWS Security or other cybersecurity certifications (Security+, CEH, CISSP, CCSP, AWS Security Specialty) are a plus.
