As a Marketing Operations Manager, Campaigns, you’ll …

  • Manage the end-to-end execution of marketing programs & campaigns in Marketo — from new email builds and segmentation to QA and reporting

  • Build and maintain end-to-end campaign tracking infrastructure in SFDC, including campaign objects and UTM tagging to ensure reliable tracking across key channels and systems (Zoom, Iterable, Reachdesk, ad platforms)

  • Partner with our lifecycle, events and customer marketing teams to establish & implement best practices for project management, maintaining an accurate campaign calendar in Asana and championing best practices for documentation

  • Report on campaign performance across channels, including MQLs, funnel conversion, pipeline attribution/influence and ROI; collaborate with Marketing and other stakeholders to share insights and improve lead workflows, data quality, and campaign impact

  • Develop email nurture programs from scratch, leveraging email design best practices, A/B testing configurations, and strategic guidance to growth stakeholders on content, sender details and timing elements

  • Maintain and optimize existing Marketo program templates and standard operating procedures, incorporating best practices for tokenization, executable program flow steps, order of operations and smart campaigns

  • Analyze and socialize campaign performance with stakeholders and cross-functional marketing partners, making recommendations for continuous improvement & future iterations

  • Continuously improve processes and systems to enable scale, efficiency, and data accuracy across marketing operations

In addition to the responsibilities outlined above, at Webflow we will support you in identifying where your interests and development opportunities lie and we'll help you incorporate them into your role.

  • Are proficient working with marketing technology such as Salesforce, Zoom, Swoogo, Iterable, Litmus, Calendly, etc.

  • Are organized and detail-oriented: You can manage working on multiple campaigns for different stakeholders at one time, and expertly organize and maintain tasks and dependencies to ensure an on-time launch — project management system experience like Asana is a bonus

  • Excel in cross-functional collaboration: You have experience working closely with marketing partners on deadlines and understand each step and component needed to successfully launch a marketing program

  • Don’t mind getting into the code: You stay up-to-date on the latest email design best practices and are comfortable jumping into HTML/CSS code to make tweaks to email templates in Marketo

  • Have a working knowledge of Salesforce: You understand CRM & lead lifecycle data, and how Marketo campaigns are represented in Salesforce Campaigns for wider sales visibility & reporting

Love experimenting and testing: You know there are always learnings to be had and ways an email can perform better — you propose and track results from A/B tests and share with your marketing stakeholders

  • Stay curious and open to growth: You actively build fluency in emerging technologies like AI to unlock creativity, accelerate progress, and amplify impact.

Our Core Behaviors:

  • Build lasting customer trust. We build trust by taking action that puts customer trust first.

  • Win together. We play to win, and we win as one team. Success at Webflow isn't a solo act.

  • Reinvent ourselves. We don't just improve what exists, we imagine what's possible.

  • Deliver with speed, quality, and craft. We move fast because the moment demands it, and we do so without lowering the bar.

Benefits & wellness

  • 12 weeks of paid parental leave for both birthing and non-birthing caregivers, as well as an additional 6-8 weeks of pregnancy disability leave for birthing parents to be used before child bonding leave (note: where local requirements are more generous, employees receive the greater benefit); full-time employees also have access to family planning care and reimbursement

  • Flexible PTO for all locations and sabbatical program

  • Access to mental wellness and professional coaching, therapy, and Employee Assistance Program

  • Monthly stipends to support work and wellness

  • 401k plan or pension schemes (in countries where statutorily required), and other financial wellness benefits, like CPA and financial advisor coverage

Temporary employees may be eligible for paid holiday and time off, statutory leaves of absence, and company-sponsored medical benefits depending on their Fixed Term Contract and their country/state of employment.
