As a key member of the Banking Operations team, you will be responsible for day-to-day execution of client network requests on our complex proprietary technology platform, as well as ensuring our processes run smoothly. This role is the core of the Banking and Wealth Management Team. You will strategize with the Client and Publisher teams to understand and execute on the needs of our partners. This role also works closely with the product team to devise and own several projects and processes, including advertiser and publisher onboarding, process optimization, and compliance support.
Responsibilities
Assist in the effective operational management of client and publisher accounts
Campaign management that includes client on-boarding, creative oversight, bid and yield management, ad trafficking and more
Work within multiple ad management platforms
Responsible for addressing client compliance updates and working internally across teams to ensure those changes are addressed and implemented
Responsible for internal documentation and knowledge sharing
Candidate must be organized and able to work with minimal oversight
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related discipline required
Good interpersonal skills and ability to remain focused-yet-flexible in a fast-paced internet company environment
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment
Superb attention to detail and follow-through
Process-driven and efficiency-minded
Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
Effective verbal and written communication
Strong attention to detail
The expected salary range for this position is $65,000 USD to $80,000 USD annually. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the Company’s compensation practices. The salary may be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location. The position is also eligible to receive performance bonus or commission and equity in the form of restricted stock units. This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s standard employee benefits programs, which currently include health care benefits; (2) retirement benefits; (3) the amount of paid days off (paid sick leave, parental leave, paid time off, or vacation benefits); (4) any other tax-reportable benefits.
