​​A Little More About The role:

Gravie is looking for a Manager, Performance Marketing to build and lead a new performance marketing function. Reporting to the VP, Marketing, this role will help build the strategy, infrastructure and execution engine that drives measurable growth across digital and demand-generation channels.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building from the ground up. You will define the strategy, implement the tools and processes needed to scale, and develop programs that connect awareness to pipeline. Over time, this leader will build and scale a performance marketing team to support Gravie’s continued growth.

The scope spans the full modern performance stack, including SEO/AEO, paid and organic digital channels, webinars, events and conversion optimization.

You will:

  • In partnership with the VP, Marketing establish the strategy, roadmap and operating model for performance marketing

  • Define success metrics and measurement frameworks tied to pipeline and revenue; develop dashboard and reporting that connect marketing activities to business outcomes

  • Design and implement the foundational processes, tools and reporting needed to scale the function

  • Own and optimize performance across channels such as SEO, AEO, paid search, paid social and emerging discovery platforms; develop experimentation frameworks to continuously test and improve performance

  • Build programs that convert awareness into qualified interest and sales opportunities, including webinars, events and other demand-generation campaigns

  • Develop high-performing assets and campaigns while building repeatable frameworks, templates and toolkits that enable programs to scale without reinventing work each time

  • Use data to identify growth opportunities and remove friction across the buyer journey

  • Establish best practices, processes, and collaboration models across marketing and sales

  • Manage agency or external partner relationships as needed

You bring: 

  • 5–8+ years of experience in performance marketing, demand generation or growth marketing

  • Experience building or scaling performance marketing programs from early stages

  • Strong knowledge of SEO and emerging AEO/AI search behaviors

  • Experience running webinars, digital events or demand-generation campaigns

  • Expertise in analytics and conversion optimization

  • Comfort working cross-functionally with product, sales and marketing teams

  • Experience in healthcare, benefits or HR tech strongly preferred

  • Familiarity with modern marketing tools such as marketing automation platforms, analytics tools, and experimentation platforms

  • Experience managing agencies or external partners

The salary range for this position is $98,250 - $144,100 annually. Numerous factors including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, etc. will be considered when determining compensation.
