Sony Corporation of Americaseeks aManager, Infrastructure Operations and Data Center ServicesinReston, VAtobe responsible for Data Center and Network facilities operations management, including Sony configuration items and assets.RequiresaMaster’s degree in Telecommunications, or related, or equivalent, and three (3) years of experience monitoring systems and ensure hardware, network, and server availability using toolsincluding SolarWinds to detect and resolve performance issues; delivering IT programs through governance, resource and financial planning, and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) strategiesto drive efficiency and continuous improvement; analyzing service performance and recommend Service Level Requirements (SLRs) adjustments to align with business needs whilebalancing cost and operational impact; overseeing offshore and onshore vendor teams, ensuring SLA compliance, driving efficiency, and resolving delivery obstacles; collaborating withADM (Application Development and Maintenance), BRM (Business Relationship Management), and Infrastructure Services teams to ensure that Development and Maintenance servicesare delivered up to expectations.Telecommuting and/or working fromhome may be permissible pursuant to company policies.
