Blackbaud University is the customer training team at Blackbaud, dedicated to powering social good with knowledge. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with our instruction design and instructor team, populate our Blackbaud University Learning Management System (LMS) with various training types, and elevate the client experience within the LMS. You should be a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a proven ability to creatively solve problems and simultaneously manage multiple tasks. We’ll be thrilled if you have experience with the Docebo Learning Suite.

What you will be doing: (Job duties and responsibilities) 

  • Executing strategies associated with our Learning Management System (LMS) and data infrastructure

  • Supporting and enforcing standard operating procedures

  • Inputting training content from source documents within a set timeframe

  • Verifying that LMS course submissions are complete and accurate

  • Creating and following process documentation

  • Detailed auditing to ensure ongoing system quality

  • Use your exceptional troubleshooting skills to assist our training support team resolve customer issues within the LMS

  • Identify new, more efficient ways to execute daily tasks

  • Responding to customer chats and emails

What we will want you to have: (Job requirements and preferences) 

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not required

  • 1-3 years of experience in Learning Management Systems (Docebo Learn LMS experience preferred)

  • Familiar with Agile methodologies (scrum, sprint, grooming etc.)

  • HTML and CSS knowledge preferred

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong attention to details

  • Outstanding organizational and communication skills conducive to collaboration with virtual team members; able to work effectively in a cross-functional environment

  • Must possess an understanding of information technology and relational database applications
