Length of Contract: 8 months up to 1 year
The Challenge:
In this pivotal role, you'll serve as the linchpin of HR support for Spain, steering the course towards a workplace culture defined by positivity and compliance with local regulations and company policies.
The Team:
You'll be an integral member of our global Briteling Experience (BX) team, where collaboration knows no bounds, internally and externally, as we work hand in hand to empower managers and elevate employee relations.
The Role:
As our Junior HR Advisor, you'll wield your expertise to guide our teams through employment relations intricacies, manage performance cases, navigate terminations, leaves, and ensure meticulous HR compliance and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Performance Management / Termination:
Act as the 1st line contact for Spain Managers dealing with performance cases.
Offer guidance and support to managers and employees, steering them towards our intranet and explaining policy
Support disciplinary processes and managing terminations paperwork, ensuring adherence to legal protocols with the support of our legal counsel.
HR Compliance & Reporting:
Uphold compliance with local legislation and uphold the integrity of HR policies.
Manage administrative processes for absences
Refine employee relations policies to ensure alignment with evolving regulations.
Required Skills:
Proficient in Spanish and English.
2/3 years of hands-on experience in Labor Relations.
Proficiency in Workday systems.
Exceptional communication prowess, both verbal and written.
Astute negotiation skills coupled with the ability to mediate complex situations.
Adeptness at navigating the nuances of a diverse workforce.
Agility in adapting to the rapid pace of dynamic environments.
Bonus Points:
Qualification in HR, or Employee Relations (Spain specific Studies).
Understanding of HR data analytics to discern HR trends.
Familiarity with H&S reporting mechanisms.
