Your mission?

As an Internal System Administrator, you will be responsible for administration and support of all internal IT systems, ensuring that every employee has reliable, and secure tools to do their work. You will take ownership of the full ecosystem of internal IT systems, from access management through collaboration platforms to network services, and continuously refine them to be stable, well documented, compliant and easy to use.

You will act as a proactive guardian and enabler, monitoring and hardening our environment, automating routine tasks, and partnering with teams across the company to understand their needs and translate them into pragmatic and scalable IT solutions.

You will be in charge of...

• Maintain IT operations, including applications, email systems, security tools, laptops, and network equipment.

• Provide technical support and training to employees.

• Interact with other teams and suppliers to assist in troubleshooting, identifying root cause, and providing technical support when needed.

• Contribute IT expertise to multi-functional projects.

• Perform routine/scheduled audits of the systems, including all backups.

• Monitor proper functionality of current automations tasks and proactively look for new opportunities to automate routine tasks.

More specifically...

• Administration of Microsoft Azure cloud environment, mainly Entra ID.

• Remote management of user machines running Windows, macOS or Linux system including portable devices via Microsoft Intune platform.

• Complete Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online and MS Exchange Online management for whole tenant including all tools.

• Administration and monitoring of network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls and access points.

• Support creations of AI agents to gain productivity across the company.

• Technical and functional administration of application portfolio (Confluency, JIRA, HRIS, Commercial tools, etc.).

What should you have to succeed?

• Bachelor’s degree in technology or computer science is a plus.

• At least 5 years of proven work experience in IT.

• Experience with or knowledge of cloud computing, operating systems, backup and recovery procedures, active directories, TCP/IP knowledge.

• Administration experience (Azure AD, Microsoft 365, JIRA, Confluence)

• Excellent troubleshooting skills.

• Experience with PowerShell scripting, automation tools and AI agents.

• Knowledge of machine-readable formats such as json, xml or csv is a plus.

• Ability and willingness to constantly improve and learn.

• Fluent English

Compensation

The base salary range for this role is 693 000 CZK – 1 039 000 CZK per year, with actual pay to be determined based on experience, skills, and location. This role is also eligible for bonus targeted at 10% of base salary, with actual payout to be determined in accordance with then-current variable pay policy(ies).
