This is a full-time remote position based on Eastern Standard Timezone hours. Please note that we can only consider candidates who reside in Canada with valid working status.

What You'll Do
Develop, document and maintain manual test cases, automated test scripts and other test artifacts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements and deliverables.
Identify, record, and track software defects, working closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.
Perform a combination of both automation and manual testing, for mobile and web applications.
Design and implement automated test scripts and frameworks to streamline testing processes.
Provide feedback and recommendations to improve the overall quality of software products.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
4-6 years of experience working in QA, with at least 3 years experience as an Automation Engineer.
Strong experience with mobile applications and exposure to cloud-based testing platforms.
Proficiency in Object Oriented programming preferably Python is a must.
Experience with test automation tools such as Appium, Cypress.
Hands on Experience with testing RESTful data services.
Experience with Agile development methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Good To Have
Knowledge of continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and tools, like Jenkins.
ISTQB or similar software testing certification.
$68,000 - $75,000 a year
SALARY RANGE DESCRIPTION
The salary range for this position is $68,000 - $75,000, annually, commensurate with your job-related knowledge and education, skills, and experience. Our salary ranges are based on market data factoring location, company size, and industry, ensuring competitive compensation.
