Job Category

We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Integrations Specialist to oversee the onboarding, integration, and long-term success of new clients within our QuinStreet Rating Vertical. This role combines technical expertise, customer engagement, analytics, and operational oversight to ensure seamless integrations while fostering strong partnerships. As a key contributor, you will collaborate cross-functionally, support integration processes, analyze data for continuous improvement, and serve as a trusted resource for internal teams and external clients.

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the onboarding and integration process for new clients in the rating platform, ensuring a seamless transition and alignment with organizational goals.

  • Act as the primary point of contact during onboarding, addressing technical issues and ensuring timely resolution of client concerns.

  • Conduct product demonstrations and compliance overviews, clearly articulating platform benefits while educating clients on industry standards.

  • Customize onboarding experiences to meet unique client needs, providing exceptional customer service throughout the process.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their long-term success and satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with sales, product, and operations teams to align integration efforts with strategic business objectives.

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of new clients post-integration, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for optimization.

  • Generate detailed reports on integration progress, client performance, and compliance metrics, sharing findings with internal stakeholders.

  • Manage ticketing systems to track, troubleshoot, and resolve technical and operational issues efficiently.

  • Work closely with engineering and IT teams to investigate and address system errors, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.

  • Ensure compliance with insurance industry regulations, educating clients on internal guidelines and maintaining adherence to standards.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, compliance changes, and emerging technologies to enhance integration processes and strategies.

  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve integration workflows, reporting methods, and troubleshooting procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.

  • Technical proficiency in overseeing integrations, managing ticketing systems, and troubleshooting technical issues.

  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in monitoring performance metrics and creating actionable reports.

  • Highly organized with excellent project management skills and attention to detail.

  • Technical proficiency in overseeing integrations and collaborating with engineering and IT teams.

The expected salary range for this position is $65,000 USD to $75,000 USD annually. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the Company’s compensation practices. The salary may be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location. The position is also eligible to receive performance bonus or commission and equity in the form of restricted stock units. This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s standard employee benefits programs, which currently include health care benefits; (2) retirement benefits; (3) the amount of paid days off (paid sick leave, parental leave, paid time off, or vacation benefits); (4) any other tax-reportable benefits.
