Position Summary:
The HCM Integrations Analyst is responsible for ensuring seamless integration of various HR software systems and applications within Pax8. This role involves both technical expertise and an understanding of HR processes to effectively align HR technology with business needs.
Essential Responsibilities:
Create and maintain documentation of Workday apps and integrations.
Participate in Technology Services change management processes relating to the roll-out of new Workday integrations.
Create and maintain documentation of Workday security and integrations.
Design and build new Prism datasets, integrations, reports, and security roles as needed.
Ideal Skills, Experience, and Competencies:
At least two (2) years working with Workday integrations
Direct, hands-on experience with Workday APIs (REST and SOAP)
Experience with Workday security model, business processes, and reporting
Experience with Workday Studio strongly preferred
Experience working with 3rd party vendors and system integrators
Customer service focused with a high sense of urgency
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel
Demonstrated record of handling sensitive data and exercising proven discretion in addition to maintaining data security
Demonstrated strong work ethic and enthusiasm to learn and become proficient in new technologies and integrations
Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment while being self-motivated and results-oriented
Proven ability to work cross-functionally with a wide variety of stakeholder interests
Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Ability to apply knowledge of business and the marketplace to advance the organization's goals
Ability to consistently achieve results, even under tough circumstances
Ability to gain the confidence and trust of others through honesty, integrity, and authenticity
Ability to relate openly and comfortably with diverse groups of people
Ability to make sense of complex, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems
Required Education & Certifications:
B.A./B.S. in related field or equivalent work experience
Strongly prefer Workday Pro Certification(s)
Compensation:
Qualified candidates can expect a salary beginning at $115,000 or more depending on experience
Expected Closing date: 5/17/2024
