We are hiring a GoHighLevel CRM & Automation Specialist to set up and maintain workflows, pipelines, automations, lead routing, reporting, calendars and campaign follow-up systems across multiple practices.
This is an important role for GVO as we begin setting up and managing GoHighLevel internally. You will help build the system correctly from the beginning, ensuring leads are routed, followed up with, booked and reported on properly.
What you’ll be doing
- Build and manage GoHighLevel workflows from scratch
- Create lead pipelines for each practice
- Set up campaign-specific automations
- Build SMS and email nurture sequences
- Create lead routing rules and internal notifications
- Set up forms, surveys, calendars and booking links
- Connect landing pages and forms to the correct pipelines
- QA automations before launch
- Test SMS, email, form submissions, triggers, calendar links and pipeline movements
- Monitor lead flow and identify workflow issues
- Build daily lead tracking and reporting views
- Support dashboard setup for marketing and sales reporting
- Help create sales leaderboards and activity tracking
- Manage tags, custom fields, smart lists and contact segmentation
- Troubleshoot broken automations, failed triggers, duplicate contacts and missing notifications
- Document workflows and create simple SOPs for the internal team
- Train team members on basic GoHighLevel usage as needed
- Work closely with marketing, sales and practice teams to improve lead follow-up and conversion
Essential requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with GoHighLevel
- Ability to build workflows from scratch
- Experience with SMS and email automation
- Experience creating pipelines, triggers, tags, custom fields, calendars and forms
- Strong understanding of lead routing and follow-up logic
- Ability to troubleshoot workflow issues
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working across multiple brands, locations or accounts
- Able to document processes clearly
- Comfortable working remotely with a U.S.-based team
- Available for overlap with U.S. Eastern Time
Desirable requirements
- Experience with medical spa, healthcare, wellness, dental, real estate, home services or other lead-based businesses
- Experience connecting Facebook/Meta leads to GoHighLevel
- Experience with Google Ads lead tracking
- Experience with landing pages and form integrations
- Experience with Zapier or Make
- Experience with call tracking, SMS numbers and booking calendars
- Experience building dashboards or reports
- Basic knowledge of HIPAA/privacy considerations
Pay and benefits
- Salary: $1,200 - $1,300 per month
Working pattern and location
This is a remote role. Philippines-based candidates or experienced remote contractors are preferred.
You must be comfortable working remotely with a U.S.-based team and be available for overlap with U.S. Eastern Time.
Exact working hours: Must overlap with EST working hours (2-3 hours daily)
