Your team will also be accountable for reliability, performance, and token-cost efficiency of inference services.

  • Drive technical direction and product evolution for the AI stack, inference backend, user-facing AI products

  • Interface closely with the AI Research and Model Training team to align on model capabilities, evaluation methodology, data/training pipelines, and the productionization path for new models and techniques

    • Occasionally contributing to inference stack development

  • This position will require stand-by, on-call, or off-hours duties

If You've Got It - We Want It

  • Recent (within 5 years) hands-on engineering experience in: TypeScript / JavaScript, Python or Go

  • Background in B2B SaaS product development

  • Demonstrated interest in AI/ML

  • Can articulate informed opinions about current AI trends

  • Experience working directly with AI products

  • Strong communication skills and leadership presence in a distributed team
