Act as the main point of contact for our email production agency and external vendors, ensuring high-quality work, consistent SLAs, and smooth collaboration
Set standards for how requests are briefed, assets are delivered, QA is performed, and work moves from idea to send
Evaluate where we can use AI and automation to streamline how we produce, review, and schedule emails
Help project manage large cross-functional initiatives and and drive how we report on email campaign impact on a regular cadence to our partners
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
3–5+ years in email operations, marketing operations, lifecycle marketing, or similar roles where production and process are core to the work
Experience with project management tools like Asana, Monday.com, Jira and ESPs such as Braze, Iterable, Customer.io, or similar
Strong organizational and project management skills—you enjoy bringing clarity and order to fast-moving, cross-functional work
