You will work closely with a talented People Ops team and cross-functional partners to build and scale the core systems, processes, and operational infrastructure that support our employees globally.

This is a hands-on builder role

You will lead a team, influence strategy, and roll up your sleeves during moments when it matters most. You are seen as a steady, mature leader - someone who brings calm judgment, startup realism, and a clear vision for where People Ops needs to go. You will design our roadmap to continue evolving the maturity of our programs - one milestone at a time -  and working processes to magnify our impact on the business.

As An Active Member Of Our Team, You Will…

  • Leadership & Strategic Ownership

    • Serve as a right hand to the VP of People Ops, Programs & Total Rewards, helping lead and evolve the People Ops function

    • Manage, mentor, and grow a team of People Operations Analysts and Specialists

    • Establish a calm, execution-focused operating rhythm across People Ops

    • Oversee and integrate peripheral systems (Lattice, JIRA, integrations, internal tools)

  •  Technology, Vendors & Optimization

    • Evaluate opportunities for infrastructure improvements, including buy vs. build decisions

    • Run RFPs, manage vendor relationships, and negotiate contracts

    • Continuously assess system performance and scalability

    • Drive thoughtful process optimization without over-engineering

  •  Compliance, Security & Data Integrity

    • Ensure all systems uphold data privacy regulations and global compliance requirements

    • Design and manage system security, roles, and permissions

    • Maintain high standards for employee data integrity and confidentiality

  •  Analytics, Knowledge & Support

    • Partner closely on scalable People data architecture and analytics design

    • Oversee knowledge management solutions and promote a strong culture of documentation and knowledge sharing

    • Oversee People systems ticketing queues, ensuring high-quality service and issue resolution for employees and managers

  •  Cross-Functional Partnership

    • Collaborate closely with IT, Finance, Legal, and People team partners

    • Navigate changing priorities and ambiguous requirements with pragmatism and calm execution

  •  Hands-On Infrastructure & Process Build

    • Design and document end-to-end People Ops processes, including onboarding, offboarding, job changes, performance cycles, compensation events, and employee data changes

    • Build foundational artifacts such as process maps, SOPs, runbooks, and decision trees

    • Stand up 0→1 human processes for emerging programs and systems

    • Create clarity where ambiguity exists and convert it into usable operating models

  •  We are a remote-first company and work happens across many time-zones – you may be required to occasionally perform duties outside your standard working hours

If You’ve Got It - We Want It

  • 10+ years of progressive People Operations experience, with at least 3 years in a Workday environment

  • 3+ years of people management experience
