We are seeking an accomplished and strategic Director of Revenue Operations to join our leadership team. This critical role reporting to our CRO, is responsible for aligning sales, marketing, and operational strategies with our go-to-market (GTM) technology initiatives, driving growth and efficiency across all segments, including New Business and Expansion Sales. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of revenue-generating activities and will be instrumental in optimizing these processes to achieve the organization’s growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership:Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue operations strategy that aligns with the company’s business goals.Design and maintain scalable processes to ensure best practices in funnel management and data-driven decision-making.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration:Partner closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to align strategies and optimize the revenue pipeline.Ensure seamless integration and operational alignment across all GTM activities.

  • Technology Management:Oversee the selection, implementation, and optimization of GTM technologies to enhance sales and marketing effectiveness.Ensure tools and systems are fully leveraged to improve operational efficiency and data accuracy.

  • Performance Analysis:Monitor and analyze performance metrics against revenue goals.Provide insights and recommendations to enhance processes, improve efficiency, and drive revenue growth.

  • Team Development:Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing revenue operations team.Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and excellence.

  • Compliance and Best Practices:Ensure all revenue operations adhere to legal and ethical standards.Establish and maintain controls and procedures that uphold the company’s values and promote fair and ethical sales practices.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related role within a dynamic, high-growth environment.

  • Extensive knowledge of sales and marketing strategies, operational management, and GTM technologies.

  • Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in CRM platforms, sales automation tools, and other marketing technologies.

  • Proven leadership abilities with a track record of driving strategic vision and operational excellence.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to influence cross-functional teams.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is preferred.
