Position Summary
As Director, Global Total Rewards, you will report to the VP, Global Human Resources and lead the Total Rewards team responsible for developing, implementing, and administering global compensation, equity and benefit programs in 20+ countries. You will be empowered to create best in class programs for an organization that is rapidly growing to $1B. As Rimini Street continues our global expansion, you will be responsible for developing and administering market competitive total rewards programs and will be the trusted advisor to our HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition team on all matters relating to Total Rewards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and administer Rimini Street's global base pay, short-term and long-term incentive programs
- Advise the executive team, global Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partners on pay decisions and guideline interpretations
- Manage the job and pay structure and provide expertise and counsel to HR community and management
- Partner with Finance and Legal teams in executing compensation programs
- Compile, analyze, summarize large amounts of raw data and make recommendations to the executive team
- Keep apprised of worldwide compensation and equity laws and regulations in order to ensure Company compliance
- Develop and/or participate in compensation surveys, analyzing competitive market data and developing recommendations for salary structure adjustments as appropriate
- Design, implement and administer global benefit programs, ensuring statutory compliance as well as market competitiveness
- Manage enrollment process for all countries, to include developing timelines, managing vendors to evaluate options and costs, defining systems setups and specifications and complete needed HRIS updates
- Work with internal partners in developing benefit programs as new global location are established
- Design and enhance benefit communications through multiple and varied venues
- Work with internal teams to research, create and enhance benefit plans and guidelines
- Work with global benefit brokers and providers to ensure competitive and cost-effective programs
- Actively participate in all renewal discussions, benefits communication plan, conducting employee meetings, etc.
- Manage the US 401K plan in coordination with the 401K Committee and investment advisors.

- BA or BS Degree required

Experience
- 12+ years' relevant experience in Managing Global Total Rewards Program
- 10+ years of demonstrated success leading & implementing Global Compensation strategy, Job evaluation, Incentive plans, within a global matrixed environment
Skills
- 5+ years of recent experience leading a Total Rewards or Global Compensation Team
- 10+ years of leading Global Compensation and managing Global Employee Benefits & Bonus Progrm - NAMER, EMEA, LATAM, APAC
- Strong ability to analyze Global Compensation trends and provide insights from internal and external data
- Prior experience analyzing and advising organizations on Executive Compensation
- Experienced in preparation of information for a Compensation Committee a plus
- Strong experience leading and implementing compensation projects and benefits programs across global organizations.
- Strong presentation & interpersonal skills, with ability to lead meetings with various stakeholders
- Prior experience in in setting up International Legal Entity and desiging & Implementing new total rewards programs in EMEA, LATAM & APAC
- Experience with Workday HRIS a plus
- Experience with SOX requirements a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environement and meet tight deadlines
