What You’ll Be Doing:
We are looking for a Data Analytics Manager to join us in the Insurance Operations Data Analyst team at Grow Therapy. You’ll be part of a remote-friendly team of 5-7reporting directly to the Director of Data Analytics and Special Projects. You will lead a team of 4-5 analysts as well. Your responsibilities will include:
Develop data-driven business insights and work with cross-functional partners to find opportunities and recommend prioritization of product, growth, and optimization initiatives
You have advanced SQL expertise (Python is a plus)
You are a wizard at building business critical dashboards/data visualizations (ideally within Looker, with strong LookML expertise)
You have experience managing analytics projects leveraging sprint planning, SOWs, and different tools
You have a knack for detail and can navigate your way through networks of SQL tables and data fields with ease
You have developed statistical models including, but not limited to, random forest regression, clustering analyses, and forecasting
Refine ambiguous questions and generate new hypotheses about the product and business through a deep understanding of the data, our customers, and our business
Salary range: $107,000 - $140,000
You’ll Be a Good Fit If:
Bachelors in data science, statistics and/or math
Have 5-7 years of experience in data analytics/science or business intelligence with 2-4 years of managerial experience
Managed a team of 3+ data analyst professionals, ideally with examples of promotions
Have developed statistical models including, but not limited to, random forest regression, clustering analyses, and forecasting
Experience in healthcare and/or tech is a plus (but not required)
