About the role: We are seeking an inspirational and dynamic Commercial Sales Manager to lead and mentor a team of Account Executives. As a key driver of our commercial segment's success, this role will have a significant impact on the growth and development of our AEs, enabling them to excel and achieve their targets. The ideal candidate will foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture, ensuring that AEs are equipped with the skills and knowledge to thrive. By driving success in both new business ARR and expansion targets, this role will contribute directly to the overall growth and success of our business.

Salary: $250,000 - $300,000 OTE if you're selected, we'll make an offer within this range that matches the experience you're coming with. We respect your time and don't intend to waste it.

Must-Have

  • 3+ years of experience building and leading high-performing sales teams, preferably in a SaaS company

  • 5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience as an individual contributor, with consistently performing above quota

  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills with superior communication and presentation abilities

  • Positive attitude with a growth mindset

  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce and other CRMs

  • Excitement for recruiting and a thoughtful approach to team planning and development

  • Strong ability to articulate contractual, technical, and financial value points to customers, including executive leaders

Nice-To-Have

  • Experience selling into sales leaders, with a focus on sales tech software, rev ops software, or customer success software

  • Previous experience in a remote work environment

  • Familiarity with the latest trends and tools in sales technology

  • Proven ability to drive process improvements and achieve core KPI enhancements
