About the role:

As our Channel Partnerships Manager, Philippines you are responsible for business growth through our channel partners portfolio. Working closely with the General Manager, GA Markets and Head of Partnerships, you will design, implement, and manage our channel partnership strategy. You will be taking ownership of the new business and revenue through building channel partnerships across key verticals.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, own and execute channel partnerships strategy for the Philippines

  • Identify, negotiate and on-board key channel partners to drive business growth

  • Build a winning value proposition with the partners to drive acquisition

  • Manage and scale partnerships through active engagement 

  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand user requirements and improve the partnership program

Minimum requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience dealing with channel partnerships or business development in a bank, fintech or B2B tech company

  • Proven track record of driving growth and partnerships strategies

  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to engage and collaborate with multiple stakeholders across teams

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and dealing with ambiguity

  • Self-driven to deliver, with an entrepreneurial mindset

  • Possesses analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills

Preferred requirements:

  • Experience in BPO/Outsourcing/Professional Services industries or B2B import/export industries

  • Experience selling cross border payments
