What We're Looking For

We are embarking on a multi-year transformation programme and we are looking for someone to help us drive engagement in our projects and set our colleagues up for success. The Change Manager will play a pivotal role in driving and managing change initiatives for our Finance and HR Transformation programmes. Initially this will primarily relate to the Workday implementation but will cover end-end process adoption and continuous improvement across the operating models and further technology implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximise employee adoption and minimise resistance across the operating model. Initially this will be primarily around the implementation of a new ERP but will cover the entire operating model.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the impact of changes and develop appropriate interventions.

  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.

  • Working with our Head of Communications to design, deliver, and manage communication plans to support change initiatives.

  • Facilitate training and development programmes to enhance change readiness.

  • Create and distribute knowledge bank materials including FAQs, business process illustrations, training guides and interactive media to ensure quality adoption and maintain effectiveness of the Workday platform.

  • Set up and lead a network of ‘change champions’ who are key users of Workday who are empowered with knowledge and training first hand and relied upon to disseminate knowledge of key processes, updates and initiatives.

  • Provide direct support and coaching to front-line HoDs, managers and supervisors.

  • Track and report issues related to the change process and devise solutions to address them.

  • Ensure alignment of cross-functional change management activities with overall programme timelines and objectives.

Required skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance or related field.

  • -APMG International Change Management Practitioner and/or equivalent Certification in a recognized change management methodology (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, Kotter’s 8-Step Change Model).

  • Proven experience in change management, organisational development, or a related field.

  • Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels of the organisation.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.

  • Experience with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.

  • Ability to work with colleagues at different levels of seniority and adapt the approach accordingly

  • Experience in implementing change across systems, processes and organisation in a global and multicultural environment.

  • Language skills appropriate to the geographic scope of the organization.
