We are seeking an experienced Bilingual High-Volume Manufacturing Recruiter with experience sourcing for Manufacturing talent! Someone who will specialize in supporting a key client's business needs, with the drive to understand talent, help others develop, and connect their skills to meaningful work. You will use your strong communication, organizational and technology skills to drive all aspects of recruitment and provide exceptional customer service to our candidates and clients.

What you need

• Industry: 2+ years of recruiting experience
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal and written communication)
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Nice to Have
- ATS: Workday experience.

- Education: Associate's or bachelor's degree
