About You
We are seeking a highly motivated and problem solving Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for data and analytics, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to derive meaningful insights from complex datasets. As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our customer retention team. Your insights will improve our customers' experience here at Nutrafol.
Responsibilities:
Work with various data sources, extracting and transforming data for analysis.
Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, and patterns within our customer base.
Summarize and visualize data findings through charts, graphs, and reports.
Generate regular reports and prototype dashboards for key stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand data requirements, provide analytical support, and actionable insights.
Communicate findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems).
1-3 years of data analytics experience; experience working in an eCommerce company is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exposure to data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL).
Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability.
