Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Analytics Manager& with a strong consulting background to lead a team of data analysts and manage strategic analytics projects. The ideal candidate will have a blend of consulting services,& technical expertise and leadership capabilities, with the ability to deliver actionable insights and drive business impact through data.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of data analysts, providing mentorship, guidance, and support for their professional development.

* Oversee analytics projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of insights.

* As a leader of a internal business support function & work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and provide data-driven recommendations.

* Conduct deep-dive analyses into complex data sets to uncover trends, insights, and opportunities.

* Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders in a clear, actionable manner.

* Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proper data infrastructure and systems are in place to support analytics initiatives.

* Drive continuous improvement in analytics processes, tools, and methodologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Business Analytics, Economics, or related.

* 5-7 years of experience in analytics, with a focus on consulting or business strategy.

* Strong slant to being inquisitive, asking tough questions, and seeking insights to drive business outcomes ---

* Strong leadership and team management experience, with a proven ability to mentor and develop talent.

* Proficient in analytics tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, R, or similar.

* Experience working with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.

* Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical stakeholders.

* Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Preferred Experience

* Prior experience in a consulting firm or with consulting engagements.

* Familiarity with cloud-based data environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

* Experience working in a fully remote or distributed team environment. 

$100,000 - $115,000 a year
