Analytics Associate
About The Role
The Analytics Associate will play a pivotal part in the analytical culture of Invisible. They will be responsible for managing their internal stakeholders (primarily Finance), driving insights and strategic decisions. Reporting into the Director of Analytics, the Analytics Associate will use data, data-related products (pipelines, models, dashboards, analyses), and an analytical approach to lead and support the needs of the business.
What You’ll Do
Work with stakeholders to set and develop metrics to support business decisions and needs
Act as a strategic consultant with stakeholders to develop strategies and drive direct business value with analytics
Architect and build out relevant data pipelines and data models to support downstream data needs
Host regular data-focused presentations and syncs covering your stakeholder’s areas for improvements or interest
Create and maintain reports, visualizations, and dashboards to monitor business metrics
What We Need
3+ years of experience in a data analyst or similar role
Ability to communicate complex analytical insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience building and managing a downstream data environments (pipelines, models)
Experience running a client analytics portfolio, including running regular business reviews and strategic insights meeting
Proficient in SQL
Experience with Python
Proficient in data visualizations (Metabase, Looker, Tableau, etc.)
Comfortable working with spreadsheets
Previous experience with Databricks is a plus
Previous experience with DBT is a plus
Previous experience working with finance data is a plus

Tier 1
$100,000—$118,000 USD
Tier 2
$91,000—$107,000 USD
Tier 3
$82,000—$96,000 USD
