**Job Title: Automation Engineer** **Position Type: Remote** **Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Automation Engineer to help organizations leverage automation technologies to solve business challenges, optimize operations, and drive innovation. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and leadership to identify automation opportunities, design automation solutions, implement automation models, and guide organizations through automation adoption and governance. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assess business processes and identify opportunities for automation-driven transformation. - Conduct automation readiness assessments and develop automation adoption roadmaps. - Design and architect automation solutions tailored to business. - Lead implementation of automation solutions. - Develop proof-of-concepts (POCs), prototypes, and minimum viable products (MVPs). - Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy automation solutions into production environments. - Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings. - Establish automation governance frameworks and best practices. - Conduct training and adoption workshops. ** Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. - 5+ years of experience in automation, software development, or technology consulting. - Strong understanding of automation tools and technologies. - Experience with programming languages such as Python and SQL. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and presentation skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Master's degree in a relevant field. - Experience with cloud automation services (e.g., AWS, Azure). - Knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts. **Technical Skills:** - Automation tools and frameworks. - Programming languages: Python, SQL. - Familiarity with cloud platforms and services. **Soft Skills:** - Strong consulting and stakeholder management abilities. - Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex technical problems. - Effective documentation and gathering skills.
