Summary

The accounting team is responsible for ensuring the execution of accounting routines in compliance with legal requirements and internal regulations, calculating elements necessary for the preparation of balance sheets and financial statements, and supporting internal audits and/or inspections.

What you'll do

• Review of Monthly Reconciliations;

• Ensure correct monthly reporting (closure);

• Preparation and reporting of annual and quarterly Financial Statements;

• Control and accounting for eliminations

• Balance Sheet Conversion

• Balance Sheet Consolidation;

• Equity Method Calculation;

• Analysis/control of permanent investments and corporate transactions;

• Ensure correct reporting for SPED (ECD / ECF) within legal deadlines;

• Audit support;

• Support the Tax team in the calculation of IRPJ/CSLL and Deferred Taxes and their offsets;

• Support the Tax team in tax calculation and reporting tax obligations

• Application of CPCs/IFRS;

• Meet monthly closing deadlines (Brazil and abroad);

• Ensure correct reporting of results and cost centers (Brazil and abroad);

• Meet legal deadlines for accounting obligations and support to the tax team;

• Meet reporting deadlines;

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience in accounting routines (entries, reconciliations, preparation of Financial Statements)

• Experience in CPC/IFRS

• Experience in preparation of EFD, ECF, CBE, and other tax obligations.

• Intermediate English Level (B2 or Upper)
