Job Responsibilities

As 3PL & Fulfillment Manager, you’ll oversee end-to-end logistics performance across our fulfillment ecosystem.

You will:

  • Drive operational excellence across inbound, outbound, returns, and replenishment processes

  • Ensure 3PL partners consistently hit aggressive SLA and capacity targets

  • Lead fulfillment scalability initiatives across D2C, Amazon, Wholesale, Subscription, and B2B channels

  • Build and strengthen strategic relationships with 3PL partners, carriers, and suppliers

  • Act as Bar Raiser for Amazon operations, setting the benchmark for replenishment, allocation, and inventory performance

  • Lead global warehouse audits and ensure operational compliance across multiple regions

  • Partner with IT, BI, ERP, Finance, and Commercial teams to implement AI-driven operational improvements

  • Drive automation and predictive models to reduce manual work and improve logistics decision-making

  • Lead strategic network expansion initiatives, including new warehouse launches and integrations

  • Build scalable omnichannel processes that improve efficiency, customer experience, and cost optimization

  • 5+ years of experience in 3PL, Fulfillment, Logistics, or Supply Chain operations

  • Proven experience managing inbound, outbound, returns, replenishment, and omnichannel operations at scale

  • Strong experience working with 3PLs, warehouse operations, and SLA performance management

  • Experience leading operational improvement, scalability, and cost-efficiency initiatives

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset

  • Experience working cross-functionally with Operations, IT, Finance, BI, and Commercial teams

  • Strong understanding of Amazon operations, replenishment, allocation, and inventory management

  • Experience with ERP, BI, AI, or automation tools within logistics environments

  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, databases, reporting)

  • Intermediate or higher English proficiency
