M9 Solutions is a technology services company founded in 2007 in Atlanta, Georgia by CEO James McKee. Drawing on more than 20 years of experience in enterprise consulting, including leadership roles within Oracle North America, McKee established the company with a focus on delivering high-quality technology talent and solutions.

Initially serving commercial clients, M9 Solutions grew rapidly by helping organizations modernize their systems, tools, and infrastructure through specialized technology staffing and consulting services. In 2014, the company expanded into the U.S. federal sector as a subcontractor on the Healthcare.gov initiative, marking a strategic shift in its growth and focus.

Since then, M9 Solutions has become a dedicated federal services provider, supporting digital transformation efforts across more than 30 federal agencies. With a team of over 100 employees, the company continues to expand its presence in the public sector while pursuing new strategic opportunities and contract vehicles.
