Blue Star Families

Blue Star Families is a national nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting, connecting, and empowering military families throughout every stage of military life. Founded by military spouses in 2009, the organization serves active-duty service members, National Guard and Reserve families, veterans, and their loved ones by building strong communities and providing resources that help military families thrive wherever they live.

The organization offers a wide range of programs focused on community engagement, career development, education, mental health and well-being, family support, volunteer opportunities, and military spouse advocacy. Through partnerships with public, private, and nonprofit organizations, Blue Star Families connects military families with meaningful resources while addressing the unique challenges associated with military service, relocation, deployment, and transition to civilian life.
