As the Writer for Capital Markets, you will be instrumental to Chainlink’s story in global markets. You will work within the Content Team to create, review, and amplify a wide range of media about Chainlink’s role in onchain finance and asset tokenization, from industry reports to partnership announcements to analyst briefings and beyond. You will collaborate closely with a cross-functional team of writers, designers, video producers, product marketers, capital markets experts, and more. This is a career-defining opportunity to join one of the fastest-growing projects in the entire blockchain ecosystem and craft stories for global audiences about the future of finance.
Objectives of this Role
Develop and maintain messaging guidelines around Chainlink’s position in the financial industry, including frameworks for Chainlink’s presence at industry events.
Brainstorm, write, and promote financial industry-focused content, from partnership announcements with major institutions to original research to joint reports to animated explainers, podcast panels, and beyond.
Ensure all financial industry content is on-brand, accurate, clear, and has been reviewed by key stakeholders in a timely manner.
Skills & Qualifications
5+ years professional writing / content marketing / reporting / analyst experience.
Professional experience in the finance industry, working with or reporting on financial institutions, with a deep understanding of use cases around financial market infrastructure, asset issuance and management, central banks, and more.
Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
Professional experience conducting original research and analysis.
Strong understanding of the blockchain industry.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts and technologies into strategic business and customer-centric value propositions.
Self-starter who truly enjoys working in a fast-paced, innovative start-up environment where change is constant.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with podcasting/video podcasting
Experience writing about finance on social media, such as LinkedIn and Twitter
Experience running a financial newsletter, such as a brand account or personal Substack
