What we're looking for:

We are seeking a talented Website Designer / Developer for a remote (work from home) position. At StubGroup, you will be tasked with designing, developing, and implementing websites and landing pages. This role involves working on StubGroup’s own website and on projects for our clients, with a significant focus on WordPress.

Monthly Compensation:

The starting compensation for this position is $2,500 per month.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop responsive, visually appealing websites using WordPress and other platforms.

  • Create graphics for video thumbnails, display ads, logos, etc.

  • Customize WordPress themes and plugins to meet specific client needs.

  • Ensure website functionality, including regular updates and maintenance.

  • Optimize websites for speed and scalability.

  • Install Google Analytics 4 and other tracking codes.

  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients and team members.

  • Stay abreast of the latest trends in web design and WordPress development.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Website Designer / Developer with a strong portfolio showcasing WordPress projects and graphics you have designed.

  • Advanced knowledge of WordPress, including theme and plugin customization.

  • Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.).

  • Experience with responsive and adaptive design.

  • Understanding of SEO principles.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

  • Must be available to work during Central Time business hours.

  • Remote working. This is a remote (work from home) position.

  • Handling tracking codes from a variety of platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta Ads, Google Analytics 4, etc.)
