We are seeking a Website Copywriter to own our website content quality and page creation. This role combines exceptional copywriting and editing skills with hands-on website management - you'll transform AI-generated content into polished, human-sounding copy while creating and launching high-converting website pages. The priority is outstanding writing ability, with page creation and management as an equally important complementary skill.

Job Description

Your Responsibilities: Content Quality & Copywriting

  • Proofread and refine AI-generated content to make it sound natural, human, and engaging

  • Identify when AI output sounds robotic or unnatural and rewrite it to flow naturally

  • Ensure content accurately promotes our relevant services and portfolio

  • Follow detailed SEO guidelines and SOPs provided by our experienced SEO team

  • Maintain brand voice consistency while making content clear and persuasive

  • Check technical accuracy with product teams when needed

  • Edit for grammar, clarity, and readability while preserving SEO requirements

  • Balance SEO optimization requirements with natural, compelling copy

Website Page Creation & Management

  • Create and launch new website pages in Strapi (our CMS) including product pages, landing pages, and feature pages

  • Collaborate with product teams to understand requirements and determine which content blocks and elements will drive conversions

  • Ensure pages are complete, high-quality experiences with appropriate copy, images, CTAs, and layout

  • Optimize existing pages for conversion rates, clarity, and user experience

  • Own the end-to-end page creation process from planning to launch

  • Make data-informed decisions about page structure and content elements that will resonate with technical audiences

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with product teams to verify technical accuracy and understand features when needed

  • Work with design team to ensure visual elements support the content and conversion goals

  • Collaborate with the SEO team by following their guidelines and implementing their recommendations

  • Coordinate with technical teams when you need clarification on product capabilities

  • Communicate effectively to gather information and ensure alignment

Qualifications

Writing & Editing (Primary Skills)

  • Advanced English proficiency (C1+ or native speaker preferred)

  • Exceptional copywriting and editing skills - this is the core of the role

  • Sharp attention to detail with ability to spot grammar, style, and consistency issues

  • Talent for making AI-generated content sound natural, human, and engaging

  • Ability to identify when content sounds robotic or formulaic and rewrite it naturally

  • Strong sense of flow, readability, and persuasive writing

  • Skill at writing clear, compelling copy that converts technical audiences

Following Guidelines & Collaboration

  • Ability to follow detailed SEO guidelines and SOPs provided by our experienced SEO team

  • Strong collaboration skills for working with SEO, product, and design teams

  • Comfort receiving specific requirements and executing them with quality

  • Willingness to iterate based on feedback and performance data

Technical Understanding

  • Basic understanding of technology concepts is strongly preferred

  • Ability to learn about technical products (cloud, CDN, infrastructure, security) and explain them clearly

  • Comfort working with technical teams and asking the right questions

  • Capacity to understand product features well enough to create effective marketing pages

  • Willingness to develop familiarity with cloud computing and infrastructure concepts

CMS & Web Content Experience

  • 2-3 years of experience creating website content or managing web pages

  • Experience with content management systems (Strapi experience a plus, but not required)

  • Understanding of website structure, conversion optimization, and user experience principles

  • Ability to think like a marketer about what blocks, elements, and content will drive conversions

  • Familiarity with creating complete page experiences, not just writing copy

AI Content & Quality Assessment
