The HubSpot product team is passionate about helping small and medium-sized businesses grow better by building a CRM platform that helps them market, sell, and support their customers and teams. The product team, consisting of Product Management, Engineering, and UX, helps build impactful products for hundreds of thousands of users at more than 215,000 growing companies in over 120 countries. Our team has scaled rapidly over the past few years, and we’re looking for an empathetic, adaptable, and innovative Product Leader to scale the Operations Hub.
Ops Hub is one of HubSpot’s latest & fastest growing multi-million dollar products. The Ops Hub team aims to help our customers get more out of HubSpot, by syncing data in and out of their CRM, reporting on their data to gain insights about how their business is running, and automating their business processes to make sure things are running smoothly…even when they’re not at their desk!
As the vanguard of Ops Hub, this product leader will play a key role in supercharging data, automation, and sync across the entire HubSpot CRM platform.
What you’ll do:
Steer our fastest-growing product, Ops Hub, to new heights by unifying customer data to enable smart CRM capabilities
Lead over 30 talented product managers and partner alongside our Engineering and UX teams across the organization to build compelling software that’s both powerful and easy to use
Dive into the minds of our customers to improve their experience
Represent HubSpot and your Product both internally and externally, serving as the voice of your Product at conferences and events, online, and with potential business partners
Collaborate with other product hub leaders on all matters that impact the Product team, including resourcing and building broader product vision
Coach, empower, hire, and retain talent by fostering an inclusive culture that celebrates diversity
Set objectives for teams that help align product development with key business goals
What We're Looking For:
A fly-high, fly-low 0-1 product management leader at a VP/GM capacity who can work alongside their team, not through them
Domain knowledge of Big Data Processing & Distribution (Data Ingestion, Data Warehousing, Data Orchestration), Extract, Transform & Load (ETL), Customer Data Platforms (CDP), Integrated Platform as a Service (iPaaS), or CRM/SaaS space
Tested ability in effectively communicating, influencing, and aligning business leaders and executive levels
Strategic visionary who can set strategic direction and manifesting it by establishing clear priorities and relevant goals
An obsession for user empathy and enhancing user experience
Inclusive leader who can foster a sense of team camaraderie and mission
Cross-functional stakeholder partner keen on developing strong working relationships across the organization - from the tech leads and the individual contributors who report to them, to the product managers and designers their reports co-create with, to their peers & the executive team
A talent magnet who excites candidates to take on new challenges and be part of the product team’s mission
